Luxury Logistics Express LLC transports sedans, SUVs, trucks, luxury vehicles, and specialty cars for individuals, businesses, and auction houses across the Cleveland area and beyond. We handle door-to-door delivery using our own fleet and trusted carrier partners to ensure safe, on-time arrival.
As a licensed broker, Luxury Logistics Express LLC arranges transport with fully insured carriers. The carrier’s cargo insurance is responsible for covering eligible damage during transport, subject to their policy and the terms of your agreement. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and preparing the vehicle according to transport guidelines. All damage must be noted at delivery and reported promptly in accordance with the carrier’s claims process. Payment terms are agreed upon prior to shipment and must be completed as outlined in your service agreement.
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of Luxury Logistics Express LLC services or these terms shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
